Eric joined Turning Point in 2017, having retired from the Navy after a 20-year career in 2012 and working as a Financial Advisor and Fee-Only Financial Planner. His duties include overseeing the sales and business development activities for Turning Point.

Eric has a Bachelor’s degree from St Leo University and a Masters of Finance and Information Systems from UMUC. Eric was widowed in 2012, and resides in Silver Spring, MD with his son, William. He’s actively engaged in the veteran and disability communities, currently serving on the Board of Shared Horizons, a pooled special needs trust in DC; Commissioner on the Montgomery County Commission on Disabilities and a liaison to the Montgomery County Commission on Veterans’ Affairs; and has founded a non-profit, The Christine Jorgensen Fund for Special Needs, to help families pay for therapies like speech, musical therapy, PT & OT.
