Jason looks to work with families, individuals and successful business owners in the development of meaningful, long-term financial strategies. He helps clients to identify their life priorities and to build a financial solution based upon their risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs and overall investment goals.

Together with his clients, he can provide financial advice and guidance in their pursuit of personal, financial and professional success as they work towards and live in retirement. Jason Topper graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lock Haven University and continued on to receive his Master’s degree graduating Magna Cum Laude from The George Washington University. Jason currently serves on the Board of Directors for SOAR (Serving Older Adults through Resources, Inc.), a non-profit organization that provides resources to fulfill unmet needs of older adults in Frederick County. He lives in Frederick, MD with his wife Jennifer and three children Brea, Justin, and Reese.
