Kelsey brings over nine years of customer service experience and a passion for helping people find thoughtful, personalized solutions. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from The George Washington University, where she developed a strong understanding of interpersonal dynamics and problem-solving—skills she now applies daily in her work with clients.
As a Client Service Associate, Kelsey plays an essential role in ensuring prospective and current clients have a seamless experience. She supports back-office operations, prepares proposals and new account paperwork, and helps onboard clients through the Compass Financial Planning process.
Outside the office, Kelsey enjoys painting, hiking, training her dogs, and cheering on her favorite ice hockey teams.
